Private studio sessions are the ideal way to learn Pilates. The session will be tailored to your own specific needs, your posture assessed and any relevant medical history can be taken into account. The sessions will focus on your own distinct goals at a pace that suits you.
At Truro Pilates we have top quality Classical Pilates Apparatus from Legacy Pilates, Pilates Scandinavia and Balanced Body Contrology. The studio is fully equipped with two Classical Reformers, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Foot, Neck and Toe Correctors!
You will not be on the Reformer for a full hour…. we utilise all the amazing apparatus to enrich your Pilates sessions. The apparatus can be used to either assist an exercise or make it more challenging, the springs adds resistance and give incredible feedback.
The session is always customised and tailored for your own specific needs.
Private and Semi Private sessions take place at my home studio in central Truro (parking available). It allows clients to train on the large studio apparatus in a bespoke, light and spacious environment.

Discounts
Regular Mat or Duet clients can book Private Sessions at the discounted rate of £46.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payments in advance of Private Sessions. 24 hours notice is required when cancelling a booked private (the session WILL be charged if less than 24 hours notice given). Blocks of classes are NON-REFUNDABLE and should be taken within 6 months of purchase.
