Studio Sessions

Private studio sessions are the ideal way to learn Pilates. The session will be tailored to your own specific needs, your posture assessed and any relevant medical history can be taken into account. The sessions will focus on your own distinct goals at a pace that suits you.

Studio apparatus includes; Contrology Reformer, Studio Reformer with Tower, Cadillac, Exo Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Foot and Toe Correctors.

Using the apparatus adds resistance to your workout and opens up new possibilities .

The apparatus can be used to either assist an exercise or make it more challenging.  The session is always customised and tailored for your own specific needs.

Private and Semi Private sessions take place at my home studio in central Truro (parking available). It allows clients to train on the large studio apparatus in a bespoke, light and spacious environment.

Private Sessions

X 3 Private Sessions £144 (£48 per session)

*discounted rate for a regular weekly Private session (term time). Please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel a Private Session (late cancellations will be charged in full).

Duets
Full studio apparatus session; Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels

Single Duet Session £30 per person
Regular Weekly Duet £26.50 per person per session*

*discounted rate for a weekly Duet session (term time). Weekly attendance is required in order for me to reserve a regular space in my schedule.  Please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel a Duet Session (late cancellations will be charged in full). 80% attendance required to reserve a weekly slot.

Discounts
Regular Mat or Duet clients can book Private Sessions at the discounted rate of £46.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 
24 hours notice is required when cancelling a booked private (the session WILL be charged if less than 24 hours notice given). Blocks of classes are NON-REFUNDABLE and should be taken within 6 months of purchase.
