I offer personalised Pilates sessions on a Private and Semi Private basis. The session will be tailored to your own specific needs and any relevant medical history taken into account. I prioritise quality instruction and attention to detail, ensuring students receive proper technique and guidance, while also having fun and experiencing the joy of movement!
During a session we will utilise all the Classical Pilates apparatus; Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and of course, the Mat. You will never be on the Reformer for a full hour as we aim to move around the studio and get the full benefit of all the apparatus at a pace that suits you!
There is much more to Pilates than just “Mat” or just “Reformer”…. the full method using all the apparatus feels incredible and will give you the feedback and resistance to progress. Be warned … it is addictive!

I am proud to offer sessions on top quality Classical Pilates Apparatus from Legacy Pilates, Pilates Scandinavia and Balanced Body Contrology. The studio is fully equipped with two Classical Reformers, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Foot, Neck and Toe Correctors!
Private and Semi Private sessions take place at my home studio in central Truro (parking available). It allows clients to train on the large studio apparatus in a bespoke, light and spacious environment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once a session is booked I operate a strict 24 hours notice cancellation policy. The session can be rescheduled (at no charge) if more than 24hrs notice is provided. All sessions with less than 24hrs notice are charged in full (no exceptions). Payments made via bank transfer in advance of all Private Sessions.
