Truro Pilates is a boutique classical pilates studio offering personalised sessions on a Private and Semi Private basis. We prioritise quality instruction and attention to detail, ensuring students receive proper technique and guidance. The session will be tailored to your own specific needs and any relevant medical history taken into account.
During a session we will utilise all the traditional Pilates apparatus; Reformer, Cadillac, Arm Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector. You will never be on the Reformer for a full hour as we aim to move around the studio and get the full benefit of the Classical apparatus at a pace that suits you!

At Truro Pilates we have top quality Classical Pilates Apparatus from Legacy Pilates, Pilates Scandinavia and Balanced Body Contrology. The studio is fully equipped with two Classical Reformers, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Foot, Neck and Toe Correctors!
Private and Semi Private sessions take place at my home studio in central Truro (parking available). It allows clients to train on the large studio apparatus in a bespoke, light and spacious environment.

Single Duet Session £35 per person
Regular Weekly Duet Session £28 per person per session
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once a session is booked I operate a strict 24 hours notice cancellation policy. The session can be rescheduled (at no charge) if more than 24hrs notice is provided. All sessions with less than 24hrs notice are charged in full (no exceptions). Payments made via bank transfer in advance of all Private Sessions.
